What is the “Prometheus Project”?

The newest art project of “Sopravista International Festivals – Italy” called “Prometheus” is created with aim of uniting all forms of art on a unique virtual platform with portfolio of individual artists, groups or cultural organizations and schools, their work and activities as well as contacts for cooperation. We believe that such promotion can help for cultural exchange between artists, organizations and schools. During our contests, we were able to “meet” virtually many participants from all over the world, who normally would not be in contact with each other, so “Prometheus” is the place where we’ll introduce everyone who works in the art spheres  and get your art all over the world!

Who can join?

All those who have dedicated their life to art or who take their first steps in the world of art. All those who want to promote their talent and want to be found online, all those who want to become ambassador of their culture and tell their story through art. Teachers, young artists, groups, cultural organizations, art schools – all of you will have a reserved place on our platform! Share your activity and connect with people like you around the globe!

How Does It Work?

Can professional artists join?
Yes, professionals of all art fields are welcome to publish their story and work on the platform
Can teachers register?
We pay special attention to teachers who are a fundamental part in the development and growth of a young talent. For teachers who register at least 3 students or 1 group in the community, registration is free
How will our affiliates be promoted?
Our members will be presented on a page dedicated only to them with information they will send us and video clips or photos of their work / depending on the field of their activity /. We are available to provide any information that could help our affiliates to reach achievement in the artistic sphere, continue their studies abroad or find collaborators.
Which cultural organizations can join?
Cultural centers, associations or fondations, art galleries, private or state cultural organizations, youth centers

Who is Prometheus?

Prometheus is one of the most important greek characters and his existance is tied to many important stories surrounding the human origin and origin of human consciousness.

 He was a master craftsman and considered to be very clever and mischievous. Prometheus was the god of fire and one of the Titans. He was the son of a Titan and a sea nymph. Prometheus was said to be the wisest of all the Titans. He stole fire from the Gods of Mount Olympus and gave it to the people , becoming the symbol of knowledge, intelligence and overall a hero to the entire human race and human kind.
